He draws on a love of research and innovation to guide his care and seeks to empower his patients with knowledge and understanding to ensure their long term success. He is proficient both in common procedures, like epidurals and nerve blocks, in addition to more advanced procedures like radiofrequency ablation, kyphoplasty, mild® procedure, ReActiv8, spinal cord stimulation, and SI joint fusion.
Dr. Westerhaus is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the International and North American Neuromodulation Societies, and the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience .
When he is away from the clinic and procedure suite, Dr. Westerhaus enjoys spending time with his wife and seven children in the Floridian weather and exploring the many beaches that surround us.
