Dror Paley

Dror Paley, MD, FRCSC Medical Director

Dror Paley, MD, FRCSC, is the founder (2009) and director of the Paley Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida. Prior to that he was the founder (2001) and director of the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics, and the director of the International Center for Limb Lengthening (ICLL) at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore from 2001-2009.

David Feldman

David Feldman, MD Associate Director

In 2015, Dr. David Feldman joined the Paley Institute to lead our new Spine Deformity Center and Hip Pain Center. Dr. Feldman was previously Chief of Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery and a professor of Orthopedic Surgery and pediatrics at NYU Langone Medical Center/ NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases.

Craig Robbins

Craig Robbins, MD Orthopedic Surgeon

Craig Robbins was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He attended the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in English, and then ultimately returned home to graduate from the University of Miami School of Medicine in 1999. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Tulane University in New Orleans in 2004.

Bradley Lamm

Bradley Lamm, DPM, FACFAS Director, Foot & Ankle Center

It is with great enthusiasm that we announce that Dr. Bradley Lamm has joined the Paley Institute to lead our new Foot & Ankle Deformity Correction Center. Dr. Lamm is a board-certified podiatric foot and ankle surgeon. Dr. Lamm specializes in the treatment of foot, ankle, and lower leg conditions in both children and adults.

Tom Minas

Tom Minas, MD, MS, FACS, FRCS(C) Director, Cartilage Repair Center

Dr. Minas joined the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute in 2018 after 30 years at Harvard Medical School, where he was a Professor of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a founding member of the ICRS (International Cartilage Repair Society-1997) and present Vice President of the Society.

Claire Shannon

Claire Shannon, MD Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon

  Dr. Shannon joined the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute in 2019. She completed a Pediatric Orthopedic Fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto before joining the faculty at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, where she was an Assistant Professor of Orthopedics and the Director of the Pediatric Limb Reconstruction Program. Jonathan Levy, MD joined the Paley Institute after spending 16 years at Holy Cross Orthopedic Institute with a subspecialty interest in shoulder and elbow disorders where he was Chief of Orthopedics for over 12 years and Director of the ASES-Sponsored Holy Cross Shoulder and Elbow Fellowship since 2012.

Arun R. Hariharan
